This is a competition/challenge via twitter that takes place February 1-29th. You first tell me (@sickbeingobese) you want to register & your starting weight to register. Then you choose your daily calorie goal, then 3 other daily goals for example they can be diet related (exercise or how much water you drink), spiritual (Praying or Bible reading), or career related.

Then daily you tell me how many points you got. Max of 4 per day…1 for meeting your calories goal, 1 for each daily goal you accomplish.

The two winners will be the one who gets the most points and the one who looses the most weight.

The winners will receive a blue bird pin shaped similar to the twitter symbol bird

Tie breaker for Max/total points will be most weight lost.

Winning team gets website where to get the pin if they want to purchase it ($6.95+tax+s&h)…

also winning team members (IF IF IF I can find them)who want it can have an Eating Disorders Awareness Band/Bracelet that says “Eating Disorders Awareness” “Mirrors Lie-You’re Beautiful” Periwinkle official ED awareness color…made by a friend of mine. She also has made SI, Human Trafficking, Sexual Abuse, Domestic Violence & I think Sexual Assault ones again if I can find them if anyone is interested.

Did well on Day 1 of #BeautifulWinter

worked on my story/manuscript

ate under 400 calories

I also posted at least 3 times on the prject-thin website so I got a total of 8 out of 8 points for yesterday.

Goal2: Work on my manuscript daily

Goal3: I put to help out in some way in house daily but forgot I didn’t put down to exercise everyday so I am seeing if i can change it to exercising some daily

On a seriously disgusting note I’ve gained more weight than ever…278lbs!!!!! So yeah this comp/challenge could not come at a better time!!!!

New Diets (altered SGD)—starting Nov 1—KKD & SBO

So the SGD was pretty much a bust, some are still on it though, so much luck to them! Go #sgd1-ers!

Some of us are starting over with altered, hopefully more effective diets though….they are as follows:

KDD Diet:

@Katedeaders altered the SGD with the max always being 400 cals, and switching the 300 cal days 1 day later than the original SGD…the max cals allotted per day are on the altered image as follows:

SBO Diet:

In case I, or anyone else, fail at the 400 max. I altered SGD to a max of 500 cals/day. The calories allotted per day are on the altered image as follows:

RULES for both:

Max calories is your net not intake calories.

Negative calorie veggies/fruits do not count toward calories/day.

Begins Nov 1st ends Nov 30th.

on Twitter: Skinny Girl Diet #SGD (NOW #SGD1) starting Mon 17th

We are beginning Monday 10-17-11, day 30 will be Tue 11-15-11.

Some of us started the previous weekend with a max cal count of 650 and weighed in Sunday the 16th, if you didn’t weigh then, do it on the 17th. You can share your weight or not (I am keeping a chart of weighins if you are interested but don’t want to share publically by messaging me @SickBeingObese)…but at least try to share your weight loss progress.

Weigh in dates will be 10-16—17, 10-23, 10-30, 11-6, 11-13, & maybe a follow up on 11-20.

If you start later than the 17th, just use the 17th as day 1 and skip to the right date.

Rules:

Weigh-ins are on Sundays.

Negative calorie fruits & veggies do not count towards calories. Others do.

The calories allotted are net calories.

If you work it off and end up a good bit below that day’s goal, try to eat more to compensate. This diet is not the ABC diet nor is it starvation. The calories fluctuate to keep your metabolism burning so we need to stay as close as we can to the allotted calories.

UPDATE:

I’m still doing it, but I’m altering it some…I’m never going over 500 calories/day because I’ve actually gained weight since doing this.

*sobs* Personal crisis

If you have read any of my previous posts you know I have PTSD from sexual abuse. Unfortunately, along with teh abuse came traumatic amnesia therefore I know not with any certainty how far teh abuse went, or even 100% sure my abuser. I mean I know who it was, but I couldn’t make myself swear beyond a shadow of a doubt because I haven’t been able to have one complete memoryof it occurring, and though everything points to him, it is (though so very improbably not likely) possible to be circumstantial.

Who is this person who I feel I know abused me? My dad.

How far do I feel the abuse went? I believe he raped me.

Last night on the phone, my poor boyfriend stayed up late on the phone with me freaking out on him, having a horrendous panic attack. 1mg valium did nothing, then I was too far gone to even try anymore.  Not only did I see mages of my dad. I was hurting…between my legs….inside of me….I burned and hurt. And it just felt like I was being raped. *cries*I can’t sleep. I keep dissociating. I keep…..hurting.

I need to be in my boyfriend’s arms…but I won’t see him untiil Wednesday. IDK. I have a feeking this may screw up my #SGD (Skinny Girl Diet).

Today I am allowed 650calories. I am drinking this afternoon. Heh that is where about 400 cals willl come from….
